Date & Time

Choose Date and Collection Time between 9am – 12pm. (call us for hire availability after mid-day)

Choose your bike

Select Bike, measure person and select size from drop down menu. Add to cart

Your Details

Double check your selected requirements, fill in details and pay deposit. After successful payment is made an automated email will be sent confirming your booking (check junk folder). Balance payable in store on collection of bikes.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL PRICES WILL INCREASE EFFECTIVE 30TH MARCH 2026. THIS ADJUSTMENT WILL APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS, INCLUDING THOSE MADE PRIOR TO THIS DATE.

Booking Terms

The Camel Trail is very popular especially in School Holidays, so it is always advisable to order your cycle requirements in advance. It is recommended to book at least a day before, but you can give us a ring on the same day for up to date availability. We offer a 30 minute grace period, after your pick up time to collect your bikes. After this grace period, we will retain your £10 deposit and your bikes will no longer be guaranteed. If you are running late please call us on 01841 533533 / 07732 329802 and we will be happy to keep the booking in place. If you need to make any amendments to your hire, please call us at least 24 hours before your hire time. Your £10 booking deposit is not complete payment for the hire, please note this deposit is non-refundable if you do not show. It will be deducted off the total cost of hire upon collection of bikes. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any reservation deposits due to weather conditions.

All bikes must be returned on the same day as hire (unless on multi day hire) within your chosen rental period. Late returns will incur an additional charge. During busy periods the style of the bike may differ slightly from that if the image shown.

We do welcome “walk ins” although we highly recommend booking in advance through our Online Booking system. Alternatively complete our Enquiry Form if you require any further information (please note we do not take bookings by email).

Hiring for more than 1 day …. No problem!

If you would like to reserve bikes for more than 1 day, you can either use our online booking system to reserve your bikes for each individual date needed (you will also be required to pay the £10 reservation deposit for each day), or give us a call on 01841 5333 33 / 07732 329802 to discuss.
